What we collect
When you join, book a court, enter an event or contact us, we collect the details you give us — your name, contact information, playing level and any messages you send. Court bookings also record the time and players involved.
How we use it
We use your details to run the club: managing memberships and bookings, organising leagues and events, sending the newsletter you subscribed to, and replying to your enquiries. We never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Photos and video
We occasionally photograph club events for the website and noticeboard. If you prefer not to appear, tell the clubhouse desk or reply to any newsletter and we will exclude you — no questions asked.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses only the minimum storage needed to function — no advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling.
